Account Management Overview
WALLIX Enterprise Vault can be accessed from a Web Browser (via the Wallix Portal or directly from the WALLIX Enterprise Vault) or from the iOS or Android Application, which can be installed easily with the help of a QR code.
WALLIX Enterprise Vault uses a 2-factor authentification (2FA) vault that can be used by members to store passwords and other private information. Two-factor authentification means that you log in at two different levels for additional security.
When you received your account invite, you were prompted to create two passwords, a Master Password for the first level authentification at the WALLIX Portal Level, and a Password that used for the second level login to WALLIX Enterprise Vault.
Once you have created your account, you can Login to Vault using your two passwords.
You can install a browser extension to facilitate storing logins into your Vault in realtime, as you access your various accounts.
When you are finished using your WALLIX Enterprise Vault, you can Logout from Vault.
If you need to step away from your Vault temporarily you can Lock your Vault, and Unlock your Vault when you return to your workstation.
