Account Management Overview

Access WALLIX Enterprise Vault can be accessed from a Web Browser (via the WALLIX Portal or directly from the WALLIX Enterprise Vault) or from the iOS or Android Application, which can be installed easily with the help of a QR code.

WALLIX Enterprise Vault uses a 2-factor authentication (2FA) vault that can be used by members to store passwords and other private information. Two-factor authentication means that youthe loguser logs in at two different levels for additional security.

WhenClick you receive youron account invite , you are prompted to create two passwords,passwords:

1. a Master Password for the first level authentication at the WALLIX Portal Level, and
2. a Password that used for the second level login to WALLIX Enterprise Vault.

OnceWhen youthe haveaccount createdis yourcreated, account,use youthe cantwo passwords to Login to Vault using your two passwords..

You can installInstall a browser extension to facilitate storing logins into yourthe Vault in realtime, as you access your various accounts.accounts are accessed.

When you are finished using your WALLIX Enterprise Vault, you can Logout from Vault. once finished using WALLIX Enterprise Vault.

If you need to step away from your Vault temporarily you can Lock your Vault, and Unlock your Vault when you return to your workstation.
