Vault Administration Overview
Access WALLIX EnterpriseThe Vault fromAdministrator ais Web Browser (via the WALLIX Trustelem or directly from the WALLIX Enterprise Vault) or from the iOS or Android Application, which can be installed easily with the help of a QR code.
WALLIX Enterprise Vault uses a 2-factor authentication (2FA) vault that can be used by membersrequired to store passwords and other private information. Two-factor authentication means that the user logs in at two different levels for additional security.
Click on Account Invite to create two passwords:
aPasswordfor thefirst levelauthentication at the WALLIX Trustelem Level, andaMaster Passwordthat used for thesecond levellogin to WALLIX Enterprise Vault.
Use the two passwords to Login to Vault once the account is created.
Install a browser extension to facilitate storing logins in the Vault in realtime, as accounts are accessed in the browser.
Logout from Vault once finished using WALLIX Enterprise Vault.
Lock Vault and Unlock Vault as needed to maximize data security. Unlock using PIN or Biometrics is also possible inperform certain cases.actions:
